DVD書き込みできない

Windows7なPCで問題発生

ImgBurnでISOイメージの書き込みを行うと、書き込み途中で勝手に電源が落ちてしまう。
logを確認したが、何も残っていない。
何度か試し、DVDDecrypterも試してみたが同じ。
同系列のソフトだから仕方ないが、DeepBurnerを試す前に、バッファサイズを変更(256MB->128MB) してみると、59%まで書き込みが進んだ所で、下記のようなエラーメッセージが、、、

I/O Error!

ドライブの問題か?
ImgBurnのlogウィンドウを見てみると、

11:46:02 Retrying (1 of 20)
11:46:02 Retry Failed - Reason: Invalid Address For Write
      :
      :
11:46:02 Retrying (20 of 20)
11:46:02 Retry Failed - Reason: Invalid Address For Write

と、リトライ設定の20回分のログが残っている。

もう一度やり直してみると、

となっていた。さっきと少し違う。
しかし、Debianでは、書き込みできていたのに。
